PINT & PISTOL CAR SHOW by Miserable George

The weather was perfect for the first Pint & Pistol car show, which turned out to be HUGE, as was the crowd..!! ValGal and I were lucky to get a parking spot…!!  They had everything from the oldest Model T’s to the sleekest Corvettes, also one of the newest military combat trucks. There were several one-of-a-kind factory creations as well. The dining area was open, so we took advantage of THAT…!! Thanks to KZ Dave who treated us to lunch. I was really surprised to see the number of cars that they had…!! I’ll be watching for this event next time out!!!! Very interesting and exciting as well. Hey, thank a VET today…see ya’ll next time…

DADDY O’s Cars-Bikes-Jeeps by Miserable George

This was the first of an annual event, and it happened on our first chilly night of the season, Oct. 30, 2020, at Daddy O’s Cafe, 722 West Ave…Cocoa, Fl…just off US#1.  Machines started filing in between 5 and 6 PM, and the crowd started to grow. This being the first event, things were kind of low key, however, there were several eye-catching hot rods and custom cars, and motorcycles. A little later in the evening, the High Road Jeeps came filing in with some really eye-catching machines as well. There was a DJ too, providing some popular tunes, and, if you got hungry, well, Daddy O’s was right there!! I believe that this is a show that’s gonna catch on…!!! Keep your eyes peeled…

Groundhog Gala 19 by Valgal

Every year I look forward to going to this awesome car show at The Barn in Sanford, Florida…

I Love old cars, old bikes and Pin-up girls!

The cars were packed in tight and the girls were dressed to impress, but as you all know I am most attracted to the old bikes!… Our friend and bike builder Brent Dwyer won Best Bike !!

I hope these photos project what a great day it was… I do need to mention that because of recent tragedies we have a few EMPTY spots at the show this year… RIP Tom Detrick and Gary Gorman. The car world will never be the same without you 🙁 .

Please enjoy the photos and if you need copies of any photo please contact me…

A 1970 “GOAT”…..by Miserable George

It took us awhile to actually get this shoot set up, but, as you can see, it was worth it. Greg Stroup and his wife, Vivian, are the proud owners of this primo, carousel red,

1970 Pontiac GTO.

Greg shops at the store where our beautiful model, Tonya, is employed, and it was her who started the ball rolling. They’ve owned the machine for 7 years, and have no plans to part with it. However, if a decent enough offer should pop up, Greg says he MIGHT change his mind.

Shoot location is Lone Cabbage Fish Camp, on a perfect Florida day!!!

Waggin’ Wheels at Titusville Chrysler Jeep Dodge by ValGal

Weather warmed  up just in time for Titusville Chrysler Jeep Dodge to open their doors for the SPCA adoption event… They put on a really good car show for the spectators, cars of all kinds!  Tried to get Miserable George to take a brand new Challenger w/ a Hemi engine for a test drive… He shook his head and said NO, that’s how I ended up with THIS truck!… LOL Always love going places with my Dad.

This Dodge dealership has the kindest most helpful people working there…

I want to thank Danielle for going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome… I WILL be back.

Derelicts  Car  Club…Indian River Rumble #6 by by Miserable George

November 11, 2017, started out a bit on the “iffy” side weather wise, but, as luck would have it, the day turned out beautiful.

Upwards of 75 custom cars and motorcycles turned out for the 6th. Annual Indian River Rumble,

held again at American Legion Post #1, just north of Titusville, Fl. on U.S.#1.

Nice crowd, with live bands “Deadbolt”, and “Dead-Eyed Suburbanites” jamming all day!! Hungry…? They had super good hot dogs and hamburgers, and drinks from A to Z!!! Lots of beautiful door prizes too, AND, hand made trophies to all the class winners!  As always, we ran into some old friends, and really had a good time. As far as the cars…I believe the pictures tell it all!!

Thanks to the Derelict Car Club for another outstanding event, and to Post #1 for their on-going hospitality!
