Sinclair Law

Way back in 1951-52, I bought a Cushman Motorscooter for $90, and ended up selling it later for $70. That same scooter TODAY would go for around $5,000…unbelievable, but, true, nevertheless…!

Anyway, back around ‘99 or so…B.D. (Before Digital), out at Roscoe’s Drags at Lakeland Fairgrounds, I ran across a Cushman dealer, who had 5 or 6 machines on display, all older models…a gold mine, for sure!! I asked my friend, Lori, the Trophy Girl, to pose with a few of those sacred machines, and what you see here is the result!!!

I wished I’d had a spare 5 Grand lying around, but…no such luck!! BUT, I have the very pleasant memories of that day in pictures!!

Thanks, Lori, and Doug Mitchell, the Cushman Man, as well as Roscoe and David…I’ll never forget those days at Lakeland Fairgrounds…!!!
